Our Ministries
Mobile Help Center
Taking practical resources and caring support directly into neighborhoods where help is needed.

The Inner-City Ministries Mobile Help Center brings groceries, supplies, and direct assistance straight into inner-city neighborhoods, removing the need for residents to travel to a fixed location. This mobile outreach ministry uses a fully outfitted motorhome to distribute bagged groceries and bottled water to families and community members on-site.
By meeting a common barrier to receiving help head-on, transportation and accessibility, the Mobile Help Center allows Inner-City Ministries to reach people who might not otherwise seek out a food bank or church-based program. Setting up in parks, residential blocks, and community gathering spots puts this mobile ministry directly where inner-city families already are.
The presence of children and multiple generations at Mobile Help Center distributions shows this outreach serves whole families, not just individuals. Pre-packed grocery bags and organized distribution reflect a repeatable process designed to serve a large number of people efficiently in a single outing.
As the local-scale counterpart to the Crusade for Christ Tour’s traveling model, the Mobile Help Center extends Inner-City Ministries’ reach further into its home community. Together, these mobile outreach efforts reflect a ministry strategy centered on going out to the inner city rather than waiting for people to come in.
